Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By booking a transfer with Kuşadası Express you accept these terms.
2. Service
We provide pre-booked private transfer service with licensed vehicles and professional drivers.
3. Payment
Payment is made in cash to the driver on transfer day, or by card online at booking. Card payment is optional.
4. Liability
Our vehicles are fully insured. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties beyond our reasonable control.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to courts of Aydın, Türkiye.
