Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp, optional email.
- Booking details: route, date, hotel name & room number, flight/ship info.
- We do not collect or store card data: card payments are made on Stripe's secure page. You can also pay the driver in cash on transfer day.
2. How we use it
Solely to deliver your transfer service: dispatch the driver, contact you about your booking, and meet legal accounting requirements.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share with drivers only the details needed for your transfer, and with Google Workspace for email delivery.
4. Museum and site tickets
When you order museum or archaeological site tickets, we ask for each visitor's full name, passport number and nationality. We collect this information only to issue the official e-tickets in the visitors' names. If an order is not paid (payment not completed, cancelled or abandoned), we delete the passport numbers and nationalities 30 days after the order. For paid orders we keep this information only as required for ticket issuance and legal obligations. The ticket (barcode) files we receive for your order are deleted 30 days after the visit date.
5. Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)
Contact [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your data. We retain booking records 5 years for accounting compliance.
