1. What we collect
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp, optional email.
- Booking details: route, date, hotel name & room number, flight/ship info.
- We do not collect or store any card data — payment is made in cash to the driver on transfer day.
2. How we use it
Solely to deliver your transfer service: dispatch the driver, contact you about your booking, and meet legal accounting requirements.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share with drivers only the details needed for your transfer, and with Google Workspace for email delivery.
4. Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)
Contact [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your data. We retain booking records 5 years for accounting compliance.
