What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver simply adjusts to the new arrival time at no extra charge.
How will I find my driver?
The driver comes directly to your hotel door, the airport curbside, or just outside the cruise terminal — you don't have to look for anyone.
Is there an extra charge for luggage?
No — luggage is included. We use 8-seater vans with a generous luggage area; if you have unusually large items (surfboards, oversized bags), let us know in the booking notes.
Can I request a child seat?

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup — nothing to pay. Within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable. Force majeure (cancelled flight, documented cruise schedule change) — free cancellation, nothing to pay.
