How will I find my driver?

We send a WhatsApp message 30 minutes before pickup with your driver's name, photo and phone number. The driver comes directly to your hotel door, the airport curbside, or just outside the cruise terminal — you don't have to look for anyone.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver simply adjusts to the new arrival time at no extra charge.

Is there an extra charge for luggage?

No — luggage is included. We use 7-seater vans with a generous luggage area; if you have unusually large items (surfboards, oversized bags), let us know in the booking notes.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes, free of charge. Mention age and weight of the child in the booking notes and we provide a baby/toddler/booster seat as needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup — full refund of the amount paid. Within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable. Force majeure (cancelled flight, documented cruise schedule change) — full refund.

How and when do I pay?

You pay the driver in cash on transfer day. No upfront online charge — your booking is confirmed instantly via WhatsApp.

Can you pick up multiple groups from the same hotel?

Yes — book each booking separately or contact us via WhatsApp for a custom group quote.

Can I travel with my pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, small pets in carriers are welcome at no extra cost. For larger pets, message us first so we can confirm the right vehicle.
