How we collect you

On the road to Izmir Airport
Routing is the driver's job. You leave Ladies Beach on the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway, join the highway, and the next stop is Izmir Airport, roughly 75 minutes after pickup.
Why Izmir Airport works
After security there is the usual food-and-coffee stretch, plus landside cafes if you arrive early. Check-in rows on the departures level are grouped by airline; the driver aims for the door nearest yours.
Practical notes
Put passports and booking details in a cabin bag, not in the boot. An earlier pickup costs the same; just choose the hour when you book.
Space and seats
A private Mercedes Vito does the run, with seating for up to seven. Luggage allowance is generous: six to seven big cases plus hand luggage. Child seats (infant, child, booster) are free when you give us age and weight at booking.
Fare and payment
A single EUR fare covers the whole vehicle and up to seven passengers. There is nothing to pay in advance: cash to the driver, or card online. Cancellation is free up to a day ahead.
Every quote is a fixed EUR fare covering car, driver, fuel and luggage together. Pay on the day in cash, or earlier by card online if that suits you better. No deposit is taken, and cancelling is free until a day before.

Can I pay by card?
Yes. Pay online by card when you book, or hand the driver cash on the day in EUR, USD or TL. The fare is the same either way.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car: one fare covers the Vito and up to seven passengers with their bags on the Izmir Airport run.
How much luggage can we bring?
Six to seven big suitcases fit in the Vito alongside seven passengers. Golf bags, pushchairs and wheelchairs are fine; just note them.
