How to book a transfer with Kuşadası Express — step by step: no account needed, pay in cash on transfer day or by card online.
Step 1: Pick a Route
From the top menu open 'Airport Transfer' or 'Cruise Transfer'. Pick a route from the list (e.g. Kuşadası → Izmir Airport). Price is fixed — no hidden fees.
Step 2: Fill in Details
Date, time, passenger count, luggage count, hotel/pickup address. For airport transfers add the flight number (for live tracking); for cruise add ship name + arrival/departure time. Note any special requests like child seats or pets.
Step 3: Your Contact Details — No Account Needed
Enter your name and WhatsApp number (e-mail is optional). You book as a guest: no account, no sign-in and no password.
Step 4: Confirm — Pay in Cash or by Card Online
Card payment is optional. Confirm your booking and pay the fixed price in cash to the driver on transfer day (EUR/USD/TL), or by card online when you book.
Step 5: Keep Your Booking Reference
After you confirm, your booking reference appears on screen instantly and the confirmation follows on WhatsApp. With that reference you can check your booking any time on the 'Track booking' page (link at the bottom of every page).
