Booking a transfer in Kuşadası does not need an app, a credit card, or a phone-bot maze. Here is exactly how it works, channel by channel.
**Channel 1: WhatsApp (recommended, 80% of customers use this)**

**What we always confirm before pickup:**

**Cancellation:** free up to 12 hours before pickup. After that, the driver is already routed — we ask you to confirm and pay anyway. Refunds are not relevant because no deposit.

How long does WhatsApp confirmation take?
Usually 5-15 minutes during business hours (07:00-23:00 Istanbul time). Maximum 30 minutes. Outside business hours, your message is still seen and confirmed but may take up to 1 hour overnight.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Pay cash on arrival in EUR, USD, or TL. We do not take card. (We may add Stripe card payment later but currently cash-only is the policy.)
Can I cancel for free?
Yes — up to 12 hours before pickup, no charge. After that, we already routed the driver, so we ask you to honour the booking.
