How we collect you
Pickup is at the Flora Apart Hotel entrance or reception drive. No meeting point, no other passengers.
A day ahead you get the driver's name and plate on WhatsApp. Nothing special is needed from reception; our drivers do this run daily and know the entrances.
How the road goes
Out of Long Beach we take the beach road to the inland junction, then the highway for the bulk of the 205 km. Roughly 180 minutes end to end.
Space and seats
A private Mercedes Vito does the run, with seating for up to seven. Oversized items like golf bags, boards or wheelchairs travel free if you note them at booking. Child seats arrive fitted free; just leave the children's ages on the form.
Vito vans seat seven comfortably and were built for airport luggage. Luggage allowance is generous: six to seven big cases plus hand luggage. Air conditioning is standard and water is on board.
Practical notes
The travertine is wet and rough in places; slow steps beat speed on the calcium path. A short rest at the top before Hierapolis keeps the afternoon easy.
Bring a bag for your shoes; they come off on the travertine path. The white surface is bright, so sunglasses and sunscreen matter even on mild days; a hat helps between terraces.

Pricing is per vehicle and settled in EUR at booking. Pay on the day in cash, or earlier by card online if that suits you better. Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead.
You see the full price before you confirm, quoted in EUR for the whole vehicle. The driver takes cash in EUR, USD or TL; paying online by card works too. Cancellation is free until a day before the scheduled pickup.
