Grand Ayhan Hotel Kusadasi is in Ladies Beach, the Ladies Beach strip, a single seafront road of hotels, cafes and beach clubs a few minutes south of the centre. Book a private car with us and Dalaman Airport is roughly 220 minutes away, 295 km of road in an air-conditioned Vito.
On the road to Dalaman Airport
Out of Ladies Beach we take the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway, then the highway for the bulk of the 295 km. Then it is highway driving until Dalaman Airport, with stops whenever you ask for them.

The Dalaman Airport end of the ride
Booked the return as well? Arrival pickups include flight tracking and a name sign at the exit. On the way out you are dropped at departures.
How early to go
For departures we suggest pickup 6 hours before take-off: 220 minutes of road plus the two-hour airport buffer. Rule of thumb: leaving Grand Ayhan Hotel Kusadasi about 6 hours before departure lands you with a comfortable margin.
Small things that help
A neck pillow earns its space on this run; the back row reclines a little and the motorway is smooth. We set the pickup window with a real buffer, so you reach the terminal with time for coffee instead of a sprint to the gate.
Documents and phones ride in the cabin. The motorway does the work; the only slow stretch, if any, is the coast road leaving Ladies Beach in season.
Price, payment, cancellation
A single EUR fare covers the whole vehicle and up to seven passengers. Pay on the day in cash, or earlier by card online if that suits you better. Cancellation stays free until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
