Meeting your driver
The driver meets you at reception or the forecourt, loads the luggage, and you leave. On the day the car reaches Surtel Hotel five to ten minutes early.
The vehicle
Seven seats, a sliding door and a proper boot: the Vito covers this route daily. Wheelchairs and bulky items are welcome; a note on the reservation is enough. Child seats arrive fitted free; just leave the children's ages on the form.
The car on this route is always a Mercedes Vito or the same class. It takes up to 7 passengers with 6-7 big bags in the boot. Water is on board; infant, child and booster seats are free on request.
When to leave
Tell us the flight time and we propose the pickup hour. Weekend and holiday traffic adds minutes on the coast road in season; the pickup time we confirm already carries that buffer.
How alternatives compare
Buses from the otogar run to the city side, not the terminal; a last taxi finishes the trip. One Vito takes seven passengers; for families the per-vehicle fare often compares well with two metered taxis.
On a run this long the meter adds up quickly. Street taxis meter the whole 290 km. A pre-booked car fixes the price and the pickup point.
Fare and payment
The fare is fixed in EUR when you book: the same number at noon or 3 AM, in traffic or on an empty road. Card online or cash to the driver on the day; either way, nothing is prepaid. Cancellation is free until a day before the scheduled pickup.
The fare is agreed in EUR before the ride and does not move with traffic, weather or the clock. Cash to the driver on the day, or a card payment online before the ride. Cancel any time up to 24 hours before the ride at no charge.
