Pickup at Liberty Hotel
Door-to-door means door-to-door: the car comes to Liberty Hotel, bags go in the boot, and you are on the road within minutes. The Vito pulls up at Liberty Hotel, luggage goes in, child seats are already fitted if you asked for them, and the trip starts.
Meet the driver in the lobby or at the entrance; the car is there a few minutes early. No meeting point, no other passengers.
The drive from Ladies Beach
Routing is the driver's job. You leave Ladies Beach on the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway, join the highway, and the next stop is Bodrum Airport, roughly 115 minutes after pickup.
Space and seats
For this route we send a Mercedes Vito: seven seats and room for real luggage. Golf bags, buggies and wheelchairs travel free when noted on the booking. Child seats are fitted free on request; leave ages and weights at booking.
Practical notes
Documents ride in the cabin, not the boot. If your flight number changes, tell us and we adjust the drop.
Paying for the ride
Pricing is per vehicle and settled in EUR at booking. There is nothing to pay in advance: cash to the driver, or card online. Plans change: cancellation stays free until 24 hours before pickup.
For guests leaving Liberty Hotel, the fare is fixed in EUR at booking. Payment happens on the day in cash, or online by card if you prefer. Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead.
Starting from Ladies Beach
Ladies Beach pickups happen at the hotel door on the seafront road. The seafront slows down after dark in season; your pickup time already includes that slack.
FAQ
What if we cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, talk to us and we handle it case by case.
Where does the driver leave us at the airport?
On the departures level, at the door closest to your check-in row. Where an airport has separate terminals we confirm yours from the flight number in advance.
