How we collect you
Pickup is at the Derici Hotel entrance or reception drive. A day before, you get the driver's name and plate on WhatsApp, so you know who to look for.
Space and seats
Our vans seat seven comfortably and swallow 6-7 suitcases. Water is on board, and infant, child and booster seats are fitted free on request.
How early to go
Send the flight time and we propose the pickup hour. Rule of thumb: leaving Derici Hotel about 4 hours before departure lands you with a comfortable margin.
Taxi, shuttle or private?
Dolmus lines serve the town and they do not run to Izmir Airport. Street taxis meter the whole 80 km. A pre-booked car fixes the price and the pickup point.
Price, payment, cancellation
The fare is fixed in EUR when you book: same price at noon or 3 AM. Pay the driver cash (EUR, USD or TL) on the day, or by card online. No prepayment, free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup.
Questions we hear
How much luggage can we bring?
Six to seven big suitcases fit in the Vito alongside seven passengers. Golf bags, pushchairs and wheelchairs are fine; just note them.
Can we change the pickup time?
Free until the evening before. Message the office on WhatsApp and we confirm the new hour in writing.
Booking
Send your flight number and date on WhatsApp (+90 532 407 77 12) or book online. We confirm in writing and the car is at Derici Hotel on time.
