Door-to-door service from Ikarus Hotel to Dalaman Airport. ~290 km in ~210 minutes. Book now, pay on the day.
Getting from Ikarus Hotel to Dalaman Airport takes around 210 minutes by private car. Here is what the service looks like on this route, step by step.
The Kusadasi centre side
Centre hotels mean short streets and quick pickups; the car reaches your door wherever a van can go. If the car cannot reach your exact door, the driver arranges the nearest corner with reception beforehand.
The drive from Kusadasi centre
The first leg is local: the ring road out of the centre out of Kusadasi centre. Luggage rides in the back; you ride up front in air conditioning.
A quick word on Dalaman Airport
Dalaman's traffic is mostly leisure flying: UK, German, Russian and Scandinavian charters in season, plus year-round domestic hops to Istanbul. The last stretch leaves the D400 at Ortaca and reaches the terminals in about twenty minutes of flat delta road.
How we collect you
A day ahead you get the driver's name and plate on WhatsApp. The Vito pulls up at Ikarus Hotel, luggage goes in, child seats are already fitted if you asked for them, and the trip starts.
Practical notes
Bring water and a snack; service stops dot the motorway and the driver pulls in wherever suits you. A neck pillow earns its space on this run; the back row reclines a little and the motorway is smooth.
This is the long airport run: roughly 290 km. Send the flight number and we confirm which door the day before.
Fare and payment
What you see at booking is what you pay: the EUR fare is set when you confirm, and traffic or the hour never moves it. Pay on the day in cash, or earlier by card online if that suits you better. Cancellation stays free until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
The fare is fixed in EUR when you book: the same number at noon or 3 AM, in traffic or on an empty road. There is nothing to pay in advance: cash to the driver, or card online. Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup keeps plans flexible.
