How we collect you
We arrive at Risus Beach Resort Hotel Kuşadası five to ten minutes before the booked hour. Nothing special is needed from reception; our drivers do this run daily and know the entrances.
Route notes
Your driver handles the routing. You leave Long Beach on the coast road up to the main highway junction, join the highway, and the next stop is Bodrum Airport, roughly 118 minutes after pickup.
From Risus Beach Resort Hotel Kuşadası the car follows the coast road up to the main highway junction and settles onto the highway. In season the first stretch near the coast can crawl; once on the motorway it is a steady cruise.
The vehicle
The same vehicle class covers every ride: Mercedes Vito, air conditioned, seven seats. Six to seven large suitcases ride free in the boot. Families get free infant, child or booster seats; write the ages on the booking form.
For this route we send a Mercedes Vito: seven seats and room for real luggage. Space is not an issue: 6-7 large cases plus cabin bags fit easily. Child seats are fitted free on request; leave ages and weights at booking.
Practical notes
Documents ride in the cabin, not the boot. Coffee and fuel stops line the road and the driver pulls in wherever suits you.
The Milas stretch winds through hills. Keep a small bag with passports and phones by your seat.
What it costs
For guests leaving Risus Beach Resort Hotel Kuşadası, the fare is fixed in EUR at booking. Payment is cash to the driver or card online, whichever suits you. Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup keeps plans flexible.
The fare is fixed in EUR when you book: the same number at noon or 3 AM, in traffic or on an empty road. Pay the driver in cash (EUR, USD or TL) on the day, or by card online. Cancel any time up to 24 hours before the ride at no charge.
The Long Beach side
The strip is long, so we confirm which end your resort sits on the day before. From the southern end the highway adds a few minutes to the run; the quoted time already reflects it.
