Fixed-price ride Fantasia Deluxe Hotel to Dalaman Airport: ~288 km, ~208 min from Yavansu. Free child seats, free cancellation 24 h.
This is the Dalaman Airport service from Fantasia Deluxe Hotel in Yavansu: 288 km door to door, a fixed fare, and a driver who comes to your entrance.
The Yavansu side
Yavansu sits above the shore, and the Vito climbs those ramps daily. The driver comes up to your door; nobody expects you to drag suitcases downhill to the coast road.
How the road goes
The first leg is local: Yavansu hill road down to the coastal D515 out of Yavansu. In season the first stretch near the coast can crawl; once on the motorway it is a steady cruise.
A quick word on Dalaman Airport
There is no direct public bus from Kusadasi to Dalaman airport, so the choice is between a long taxi meter and a fixed-price private car. Because the airport mainly serves Marmaris and Fethiye, queues stay civilised outside the weekend charter waves.
DLM mainly serves the Marmaris and Fethiye resorts, and it still works for Kusadasi when the flight deal is right. For a run this long we confirm your terminal the day before and fix the pickup window with you.
Pickup at Fantasia Deluxe Hotel
You choose the hour. Nothing special is needed from reception; our drivers do this run daily and know the entrances.
Small things that help
Two terminals handle domestic and international separately. A neck pillow earns its space on this run; the back row reclines a little and the motorway is smooth.
This is the long airport run: roughly 288 km. On a three-hour run nobody wants a passport buried in the boot.
Price, payment, cancellation
A single EUR fare covers the whole vehicle and up to seven passengers. The driver takes cash in EUR, USD or TL; paying online by card works too. Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup keeps plans flexible.
The fare is agreed in EUR before the ride and does not move with traffic, weather or the clock. Payment happens on the day in cash, or online by card if you prefer. Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead.
Common questions
Can we book the return pickup too?
Yes. Arrival pickups include flight tracking: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
Can we change the pickup time?
Free until the evening before. Message the office on WhatsApp and we confirm the new hour in writing.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. A 03:00 pickup costs the same as a 13:00 one; the fare is set by the route alone.
