Two parts make up the trip: the short local leg on the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway, then the open highway run to Pamukkale. Your driver watches traffic and picks the quickest sensible line.
Season traffic can slow the first kilometres near the coast; once on the motorway the 205 km pass steadily. Roughly 180 minutes end to end.
