On the road to Izmir Airport
From Ozgun Apart Hotel the car follows the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway and settles onto the highway. Your driver watches traffic and picks the quickest sensible line.
Out of Ladies Beach we take the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway, then the highway for the bulk of the 80 km. Luggage rides in the back; you ride up front in air conditioning.
Your car and driver
The same vehicle class covers every ride: Mercedes Vito, air conditioned, seven seats. Six to seven large suitcases ride free in the boot. For families, child seats are already fitted when the car arrives.
You ride in a Mercedes Vito, seven seats and air conditioning included. The boot takes 6-7 large suitcases; cabin bags travel with you. Water is on board and child seats come free when you note the ages.
Small things that help
Terminal entrances can ask for a ticket on busy days; keep the confirmation handy on your phone before the car stops. Trolleys wait right at the departures doors; bags go from boot to trolley in a minute.
Fare and payment
The number on your confirmation is final: a fixed EUR price for the car, not per seat. Payment happens on the day in cash, or online by card if you prefer. You can cancel free until 24 hours before the ride.
The quote you receive is the price you pay, for up to seven passengers and their luggage. You can pay the driver cash on the day or settle online by card. Cancellation is free up to a day ahead.
The Ladies Beach side
One coastal road, one beach strip, no confusion: the Vito pulls up at your entrance and you are off. The seafront slows down after dark in season; your pickup time already includes that slack.
Asked often
Is there a night surcharge?
No. A 03:00 pickup costs the same as a 13:00 one; the fare is set by the route alone.
What if we cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, talk to us and we handle it case by case.
How far ahead should we book?
For Ozgun Apart Hotel pickups a day or two is comfortable; in high season a few more days helps. Same-week bookings usually work.
