How we collect you
We arrive at Lulubay Rooms & Suites five to ten minutes before the booked hour. You never walk to a meeting point, and the ride is yours alone.
Collection is right at your hotel door. Nothing special is needed from reception; our drivers do this run daily and know the entrances.
Space and seats
Vito vans seat seven comfortably and were built for airport luggage. Space is not an issue: 6-7 large cases plus cabin bags fit easily. Travelling with a baby? The seat is free and installed before the car reaches you.
When to leave
Early flight? Arrival pickups run on flight tracking, so the timing on that leg is ours to manage.
Booking the return too? We confirm the exact hour at booking.
Other ways to go
A metered taxi prices the 128 km by the kilometre; shared shuttles collect several hotels before the highway. A rental car earns its keep over a stay; for a single one-way airport leg, drop fees and parking change the maths.
On a run this long the meter adds up quickly. A booked Vito leaves when you are ready and goes straight to the terminal.
Fare and payment
Your fare on this route is set in EUR the moment you book. There is nothing to pay in advance: cash to the driver, or card online. Plans change: cancellation stays free until 24 hours before pickup.

How far ahead should we book?
For Lulubay Rooms & Suites pickups a day or two is comfortable; in high season a few more days helps. Same-week bookings usually work.
Can we stop for breakfast on the way?
On early runs from Lulubay Rooms & Suites a short stop is fine; tell the driver and allow a little extra time, or use the terminal cafes since the buffer covers it.
