Fixed-price ride Lulubay Rooms & Suites to Dalaman Airport: ~295 km, ~220 min from Ladies Beach. Free child seats, free cancellation 24 h.
A Dalaman Airport transfer from Lulubay Rooms & Suites means a fixed fare, a driver at your entrance, and 295 km of road in between.
The drive from Ladies Beach
The route leaves Ladies Beach on the Ladies Beach road up to the coastal highway and joins the main highway towards Dalaman Airport. Luggage rides in the back; you ride up front in air conditioning.
Arriving at Dalaman Airport
Two terminals serve Dalaman, domestic and international. Because the leg is 295 km, we fix the pickup window with a real buffer and confirm your terminal the day before.
Long drive, simple finish: the car leaves the motorway at Ortaca and reaches the terminals in about twenty minutes. After roughly 220 minutes on the road you step out at your terminal's departures door, terminal confirmed the day before.
Setting the pickup hour
Tell us the flight time and we propose the pickup hour. Leaving Lulubay Rooms & Suites about 6 hours ahead lands you at the terminal with margin to spare.
Booking the return too? We confirm the exact hour at booking.

Small things that help
We set the pickup window with a real buffer, so you reach the terminal with time for coffee instead of a sprint to the gate. The car has charging points; bring your cable and the drive doubles as catch-up time.
This is the long airport run: roughly 295 km. Send the flight number and we confirm which door the day before.
Paying for the ride
The number on your confirmation is final: a fixed EUR price for the car, not per seat. Pay the driver in cash (EUR, USD or TL) on the day, or by card online. Cancellation stays free until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
A single EUR fare covers the whole vehicle and up to seven passengers. Cash to the driver on the day, or a card payment online before the ride. You can cancel free until 24 hours before the ride.
Common questions
Can we change the pickup time?
Free until the evening before. Message the office on WhatsApp and we confirm the new hour in writing.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. A 03:00 pickup costs the same as a 13:00 one; the fare is set by the route alone.
Do child seats cost extra?
No. Infant carriers, child seats and boosters are free; write each child's age and weight on the booking and we fit the right one.
