Private transfer Ozka Hotel to Dalaman Airport. About 290 km / 210 min from Kusadasi centre. Licensed Vito vans, fixed price.
Your pickup is at Ozka Hotel, your drop-off is Dalaman Airport. The distance between them is about 290 km; plan on 210 minutes of driving.
Pickup at Ozka Hotel
You choose the hour. The Vito pulls up at Ozka Hotel, luggage goes in, child seats are already fitted if you asked for them, and the trip starts.
Door-to-door means door-to-door: the car comes to Ozka Hotel, bags go in the boot, and you are on the road within minutes. A day before, you get the driver's name and plate on WhatsApp, so you know who to look for.
Route notes
Out of Kusadasi centre we take the city ring road onto the Kusadasi-Selcuk highway, then the highway for the bulk of the 290 km. Then it is highway driving until Dalaman Airport, with stops whenever you ask for them.
Routing is the driver's job. Roughly 210 minutes end to end.
The vehicle
Every transfer runs in a Mercedes Vito: seven passenger seats, air conditioning and a real boot. Wheelchairs and bulky items are welcome; a note on the reservation is enough. Group of eight or more? A second Vito runs at the same per-vehicle fare when arranged in advance.
Vito vans seat seven comfortably and were built for airport luggage. Space is not an issue: 6-7 large cases plus cabin bags fit easily. Travelling with a baby? The seat is free and installed before the car reaches you.
Good to know
The car has charging points; bring your cable and the drive doubles as catch-up time. The driver plans a leg-stretch near Cine or Yatagan and extra pauses are free.
What it costs
The number on your confirmation is final: a fixed EUR price for the car, not per seat. Payment is cash to the driver or card online, whichever suits you. You can cancel free until 24 hours before the ride.
What you see at booking is what you pay: the EUR fare is set when you confirm, and traffic or the hour never moves it. Card online or cash to the driver on the day; either way, nothing is prepaid. Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup keeps plans flexible.
Local pickup notes
Centre hotels mean short streets and quick pickups; the car reaches your door wherever a van can go. We text the exact pickup point a day before, so nobody waits with bags on the wrong corner.
Common questions
What if we are late coming down?
The driver waits a few minutes at Ozka Hotel and messages you. Tell the office as soon as you can and we adjust where possible.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. A 03:00 pickup costs the same as a 13:00 one; the fare is set by the route alone.
Is this a shared shuttle?
No. Your booking reserves the whole vehicle for your party, with no extra pickups and no detours.
Arrange this transfer
Booking takes two minutes: choose your date, leave the flight number, done. The price is fixed in writing before you pay anything. Cancelling costs nothing up to a day before pickup.
