Dalaman Airport in brief
The last stretch leaves the D400 at Ortaca and reaches the terminals in about twenty minutes of flat delta road. Dalaman's traffic is mostly leisure flying: UK, German, Russian and Scandinavian charters in season, plus year-round domestic hops to Istanbul.
How the road goes
Routing is the driver's job. The ride is direct; a coffee or fuel stop is yours to ask for at any point.
What it costs
You pay per vehicle, not per person: one EUR fare covers up to seven passengers with their bags. Nothing is charged in advance: the driver takes cash, or you pay by card online. Cancellation stays free until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
The fare is fixed in EUR when you book: the same number at noon or 3 AM, in traffic or on an empty road. Card online or cash to the driver on the day; either way, nothing is prepaid. You can cancel free until 24 hours before the ride.
Questions we hear
Can we book the return pickup too?
Yes. Arrival pickups include flight tracking: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
How far ahead should we book?
For Minay Hotel Kusadasi pickups a day or two is comfortable; in high season a few more days helps. Same-week bookings usually work.
Arrange this transfer
Booking takes two minutes: choose your date, leave the flight number, done. Confirmation comes back the same day, and you pay on the day of the ride. Plans can change: cancelling is free until 24 hours out.
