The short version
- Pickup: your hotel entrance, a few minutes before the agreed hour
- Drive: 22 km, about 25 minutes, to Ephesus
- Car: private Mercedes Vito for your group alone
- Cost: a fixed EUR fare confirmed before you ride
- Change of plans: free cancellation until 24 hours ahead
The pickup, in practice
Pickup is at the Soleil Hotel entrance or reception drive. A day before, you get the driver's name and plate on WhatsApp, so you know who to look for.
The drive from Ladies Beach
From Soleil Hotel the car follows the coastal road past Degirmendere and the Kustur junction and settles onto the highway. In season the first stretch near the coast can crawl; once on the motorway it is a steady cruise.
A quick word on Ephesus Ancient City
There is little shade inside the site. In summer an early pickup makes a real difference, both for the heat and for beating the cruise crowds.
Space and seats
You ride in a Mercedes Vito: seven seats, air conditioning, and room for six to seven large suitcases. Child seats are free when you give ages and weights at booking.
What it costs
Fixed means fixed: the EUR fare at booking is what you pay, cash on the day or card online, and traffic, the hour and your luggage do not change it.
Questions we hear
Are entrance fees included?
No; tickets are paid at the gate. We provide the car, the driver and the timing, and you choose what to see inside.
How long do we have inside?
That is your call within the agreed plan. Most visits run two to three hours; the driver waits at the gate meanwhile.
Where do we meet the driver after?
At the gate you exit. We fix the meeting point when you arrive, so there is no searching the car park.
