Meeting your driver
Door-to-door means door-to-door: the car comes to La Route Family Suites, bags go in the boot, and you are on the road within minutes. You never walk to a meeting point, and the ride is yours alone.
Your car and driver
The same vehicle class covers every ride: Mercedes Vito, air conditioned, seven seats. Luggage allowance is generous: six to seven big cases plus hand luggage. Water is on board and child seats come free when you note the ages.
Seven seats, a sliding door and a proper boot: the Vito covers this route daily. Oversized items like golf bags, boards or wheelchairs travel free if you note them at booking. Group of eight or more? A second Vito runs at the same per-vehicle fare when arranged in advance.
When to leave
Weekday mornings outside school holidays are the calmest. Two to three hours covers the main avenue for most visitors, at whatever pace suits your party.
Plan two to three hours inside Ephesus for the main avenue. An 08:00 pickup puts you at the gate near opening time, ahead of the mid-morning cruise groups.
Taxi, shuttle or private?
Rental cars work if you are touring anyway; for one day out, fuel plus gate parking narrows the gap to a driver. This is the same road at your own pace in your own car.
Price, payment, cancellation
A single EUR fare covers the whole vehicle and up to seven passengers. Cash to the driver on the day, or a card payment online before the ride. Cancellation is free until a day before the scheduled pickup.
Asked often
Where do we meet the driver after?
At the gate you exit. We fix the meeting point when you arrive, so there is no searching the car park.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car: one fare covers the Vito and up to seven passengers with luggage on the Ephesus run.
