How to book a transfer with Kuşadası Express — step-by-step including voucher use and payment.
Step 1: Create an Account
Go to kusadasiexpress.com → click 'Sign in'. You can sign in instantly with Google, or verify by email + 6-digit code. You can't book without an account (for security).
Step 2: Pick a Route
From the top menu open 'Airport Transfer', 'Cruise Transfer' or 'Daily Transfer'. Pick a route from the list (e.g. Kuşadası → Izmir Airport). Price is fixed — no hidden fees.
Step 3: Fill in Details
Date, time, passenger count, luggage count, hotel/pickup address. For airport transfers add the flight number (for live tracking); for cruise add ship name + arrival/departure time. Note any special requests like child seats or pets.
Step 4: Voucher (Optional)
If you have a discount code, enter it in the 'Discount code' box and click 'Apply'. The total updates instantly. Codes are sent by email or shared on our social media.
Step 5: Pay Deposit
€10 deposit is paid online via Stripe (credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay). The remainder (e.g. €65 = €75 - €10) is paid in cash on transfer day to the driver (EUR/USD/TRY) or by bank transfer.
Confirmation and Voucher
After payment you instantly receive an email + WhatsApp confirmation. From your account you can download a voucher PDF — perfect to show your driver. It includes a QR code for verification.
