Question 1

How will I find my driver?

Accepted Answer

The driver comes directly to your hotel door, the airport curbside, or just outside the cruise terminal — you don't have to look for anyone.

Question 2

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We track your flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver simply adjusts to the new arrival time at no extra charge.

Question 3

Is there an extra charge for luggage?

Accepted Answer

No — luggage is included. We use 8-seater vans with a generous luggage area; if you have unusually large items (surfboards, oversized bags), let us know in the booking notes.

Question 4

Can I request a child seat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge. Mention age and weight of the child in the booking notes and we provide a baby/toddler/booster seat as needed.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellazione gratuita più di 24 ore prima del ritiro con rimborso totale dell'importo pagato. Entro 24 ore, la prenotazione non è rimborsabile. Forza maggiore (volo cancellato, cambio orario crociera documentato) — rimborso totale.

Question 6

Come e quando si paga?

Accepted Answer

Paghi l'autista in contanti il giorno del transfer oppure con carta online alla prenotazione — ricevi subito il numero di prenotazione e la conferma arriva su WhatsApp.

Question 7

Can you pick up multiple groups from the same hotel?

Yes — book each booking separately or contact us via WhatsApp for a custom group quote.

Question 8

Can I travel with my pet?
